How to handle weeks 12 and 13 with HIM WF Race on 5/3

Hey coaches,

How would you best handle the training based on having HIM WF on 5/3? Should I swap weeks since there seems to be less to do this week since it's a testing week? Should I even bother tapering or just do all the workouts according to schedule and just treat the race as a training day?
