RR -3 sec

New to the team and would like to know what the acronym RR stands for. My schedule for swimming this week is RR-2 or 3 sec. Hope you will forgive this newbie question, still trying to find my way around this site while acclimating to this very new way of training :). Thanks!

    Danielle, no worries. That sounds like pacing guidance for our race rehearsal, asking you to swim 2 to 3 seconds faster per 100 than your previous test results indicate you can sustain....sounds challenging! In the future please post your plan type and week # so I can better see what you are seeing...thanks!
