5( 5-30x30) all hit between 122% and 127% and averaged about 65% recovery. 20 min at 86% 5min at 70% (almost decided I was done at 60 min forgot about the last 15....) 5min at 98% total workout 75 min at 86% glad I decided to get on today it felt great!
had a snowshoeing day today, which usually means i don't ride. however, jumped on the bike as the presidents' weekend challenge motivated me to at least pick up a point. 1 hr. at z1. this was the most boring ride of my life. i can't believe people do several hour rides like this on the trainer in the basement. tv on a movie theater size screen couldn't make z1 rides fun.
Hey ChrisG, You may want to check out the Nike Lunar Racers. 4 oz. with very good cushioning. I see them quite a bit at IM's and in marathons. Defintiely fine for 13.1. My only issue is that my orthotics don't fit so I use the Lunar Trainers which are still light at 8oz.
I have some Matt. I agree that they are really cushiony feeling. They are just a tad narrow for me. They felt great when I was walking it in like a wuss at Timberman last year
