That is too bad, I read that this is only for this year due to the French Quarter Festival, at least the park will be an easy place for guests to follow the runners.

Seperate question, are most people wesring full wetsuits?

I am, but that's because I only have one wetsuit. Swam in it last year and didn't have a problem.
