Hi Rich,

Quick question on the outseason startup......I want to start the November Outseason, Do we load up on Monday's (or even if that's important)?  my A race is IMMT next August.  I like having you map out a season road map for me but I still need to figure out some smaller races, so for now, I figure November is a good time to start some work again.  BTW, awsome meeting you at IMWI in the recovery tent this year!!!  You had a great race, nice work buddy!  I had a PR myself!  5 years with EN and I'm getting faster!!

thanks Rich

    Hey Joe,

Great meeting you as well. Hopefully by now you've loaded up the 2016 OS/Run Durability plan, to end on 1/31. This will have had you starting the plan this past Monday, on 10/26. Good luck!

  • one more question, There are a few of us in Rochester, NY that want to start the OS together, we were planning November 1st so we have not loaded it yet, do we still end on 1/31 or should we just jump in a week late on Nov 1st

    Hey Joe,

Sorry I missed this. I'd like you to load this up to end on 1/31 so you're in synch with the rest of the NovOS crew. Good luck!
