I just wanted to wish all of you IMSG athletes the best of luck this weekend.  You are starting off the EN Ironman season with a bang!  You have all worked so hard, from our intimate little October OS to your long, grueling race rehearsals for IMSG.  All of you deserve to get out there, crush this course, and have fun doing it!  I am so proud of all of you, and will be tracking you all day.  Go get 'em!

    R&P- we do have the EN Race Day Tracking thing ready to roll, right?? If not, I better clear my calendar and brush up on my old skills ;-)

    What? It's on Saturday!??! seriously it feels like it came out of no where!

    The truck is packed and we're ready to roll out of town tonight. Thanks so much to all of you for your support over the last year. I am truly amazed at the value of the team in this "individual" sport that we do. We'll be thinking about you and tapping into your collective strength on Saturday! Cheer loud and long peeps!

    St. George, Utah is Mountain time.

    Kirsten and compnay (team mates): Thanks for the encouragement. We met with Coach Rich this afternoon for the IM Race Executiion 4 Keys lecture. I think I've seen the video and read my notes on it plenty of times but I really appreciated it today as it helped to calm the pre-race nerves. I've seen about 12 other team mates including Olivia, Tom, MarK and Wei. The weather has been windy and rainy but it's suppose to clear by race morning. Lake water temp is about 61 degrees and the high temp for race day is forecasted at 64. YOU'RE SUPPORT AND ENCOUAGEMENT IS GREATLY APPRECIATED. We hope to represent you well!
