Looking for help, videos on using TP fatigue,fitness,form. ie; in the photo what are the limits for fatigue,-form and when to take a day off.

One day's numbers in isolation are less helpful than following the Performance Management Chart in TP. On the face of it, your Form is indicating you've been ramping up the training recently quite intensely, and could well use a day with reduced or no work.
