Coach Lesson [January 2019]: New Year, New Habits (Not Goals)

Time for another monthly installment of all the things inside Coach Patrick's head!!! 🀣

Seriously though, I wanted a counter point to all the "mega goal setting" with the simple concept of creating healthy habits. I talk about four major categories in the video, but also added in some other basic habits that I've ingrained in my life.

    Great presentation - @Al Truscott had started a new year's resolutions thread -

    from there, i had decided on these new habits

    My goal for this year is to do a minimum of 3x a week strength exercises. on the floor, hip exercises, core, etc and 1 of those 3 days to be in the gym with weights and machines where I can do more body strength exercises.

    I also plan on spending more time with my normatecs. I have 2 sets of them (won one of them) and have them at my house & Jill's and can take to VT. I spend plenty of time in front of the TV doing emails for work, that can be party pants time!
