as an FYI, the files in the downloads for Zwift were not written correctly. If someone can send me a screen shot of TR, i can help you out,
I am going to go through the files weekly and put any updates into a Google drive for retreival.
the 3 week one thursday workouts are in there now

WU: 10-15' Easy.
MS1:
Level 1: 2 x 9' (3') @ Z3 to Z4 (90% FTP).
Level 2: 2 x 12' (4') @ Z3 to Z4 (90% FTP).
Level 3: 2 x 15' (5') @ Z3 to Z4 (90% FTP).
Remainder of session @ 70-75%/Zone2/Steady
@Jeff Phillips - screen shot of the graphs, if you look at mine, that's level one, note how you do 60" at an effort, ramp up 2watts for 30", repeat till at .90IF, then you do the balance of the interval at .9
so the .9 effort grows for each level to fill the time. and you reduce the Z3 effort at the end to compensate.

so you can see the issue with the files.
This will work in Zwift as well. one can manually toggle the effort down at the beginning of the interval to 90%, every 2.5 minutes, increase it by 2watts until you are at .9..

@Coach Patrick are the workouts incorrect?
That are not due to a file naming convention.
Super laid back Nov OS peeps were so chill about this. But Type A Jan OS
Warriors want to fix it...rest assured that Week 2 workouts are correct
even if they are called 2019 OS.
