COVID Quarantine Recovery Tools

I injured my hamstring pretty good in January which is still causing me some issues when I attempt to run, and I can still feel it ache when I drive for longer than 20 min (thank goodness for cruise control)

Before quarantine, I had a weekly appointment with my PT who was helping me heal and rehab it back. Once everything went into lockdown, it was all on me. Here are a few tools I've found useful while training (and recovering) at home.

PSO-RITE: https://pso-rite.com/pages/frequently-asked-questions

Sidekick tools: https://sidekicktool.com/collections/frontpage

Theragun Liv (now Therabody): https://www.theragun.com/us/en-us/liv-us.html

Out of the three, I probably use the gun the most. The sidekick is awesome, but you can overdo it if you're not careful. I learned the hard way on that one. As for the PSO rite, this tool is game changer for my psoas and traps. Partnered with yoga, I'm finally gaining mobility back in my hips again. I've fought an uphill battle back from hip surgery 3 years ago... anyone else have tools they use? I know EN has the discount for Normatech recovery.
