RnP, 2 questions: 1. I will be at the rally in LP this weekend. I have gone through the weekend itinerary you send and I am curious if we should modify this weeks training??? 2. I just realized that for the past 5 weeks, I have been doing the 2010 Half Ironman training. I must have selected the wrong plan after the general prep phase. I selected the correct plan and I am going forward with week 6 of IM training. Any other suggestions??? Barbara
Hi All, Went through the forums and got the info on NO modified training this week except the long run on Thursday. We can do that in Placid. I am thinking of having a plan B just in case I am toasted from plan A. Here it is, what do you all think. I plan to arrive early on Thursday to join in on the 4:00 optional run or do a swim. Friday: I plan on doing the 112 bike followed by the run. Saturday: I plan on doing one of the rides, but if I am toast from Friday, would a good Plan B be to do one loop of the IM course and one loop of run course??? Sunday: Run with group or if toasted Swim and head home. Looking forward to the weekend. Barbara
Sorry, I got my threads mixed up. Ignore the last few posts. Here are my stats. Barbara Pudiak, 53 this month, first IM, Fairport NY, train with Dana and Carly, looking forward to a fun event.

John Barti. 40/M. 3 years in endurance. New to Endurance Nation. First Ironman. Longest event to date. HALF IM. Looking forward to the challenge. Hoping I can pickup enough of the Nation's goods in time for a descent showing. Good luck to everyone!
Kevin Barr, 33 yrs old, out of The Woodlands, Texas. Happily married and have 3 kids (Lauren 7, Luke 5, and Logan 3) Yep, they are my little Ironkids. My wife is a triathlete too (thankfully), so she understands the importance of not missing workouts. haha. This will be my second ironman, with my first one being the Hawaii ironman 2009. I don't have any time expectations, however finishing isn't an option, it is automatic. Looking forward to a brutal but fun race.
