Time to get organized!!
Step One: Enter Your Information in the Race Weekend Tracking Spreadsheet
Tell us your deets so we can keep you in the loop with all things IMWI. This is gonna be a BIG race for TeamEN, with likely close to 40 athletes racing. You, and your family, will want to be a part of this so...get to it and fill out the spreadsheet!!
Step Two: Pick Your Entree(s) ON HOLD
This year's dinner will be at Gray's Tied House. We are still dialing in the menu particulars and will let you know the final details as soon as possible. In the meantime, fill in your information per above so we can contact you.
Step Three : Determine Payment Option
The cost for dinner is $30 per adult, $10 for kids under 12. You can pay via PayPal here for adults or here for kids. Or you can pay cash at the door. Just please make a note in the payment column (PAYPAL or CASH) so we know who has done what. Go to the sheet and look for the yellow payment columns here.
Step Four: Enter Your Bib Number
Bib numbers come out soon enough. When they do we'll need them to set up our race tracker spreadsheet. When you post them to the forums and get fired up, please remember to visit the official race spreadsheet and enter it in the green bib number column here.
Step Five: Submit A Picture And Short Bio (due Friday 9/2)
One of our favorite things to do is send out a "Meet the Team" post before each race via the EN blog. If you'd like to let the rest of the Nation know exactly who they are supporting on line (and help the coaches put faces to names), please send (1) a short bio (think 8-10 sentences) with (2) a nice picture of you, you and fam, you racing, etc. by Friday, September 2nd to admin@endurancenation.us and we'll make you famous!
Step Six: Mark Your Calendars
Here are all the happenings on Race Weekend as hosted by both Rich and Patrick
- Team Dinner is Thursday, 6:30pm @ Gray's Tied House, 950 Kimball Lane, Verona, WI 53593
- Four Keys Talk is Friday. Meet at the K-Swiss booth at 10:00am and we'll walk to the Talk area. Please RSVP on Facebook.
- Train with the Coaches, Saturday (Non-racing members and ENFans only) Anyone racing found on the bike course during this ride will be shot. Visit the link for details. Note that we may roll the time of the bike ride due to the timing of volunteer meeting.
- Sunday....um...your race!
- Race Day TeamEN "Hot Corner:" unless you've been under a rock, you know that the ENDoodes have something special planned for the ENChickas, to the tune of 10-12 x "specialness." You, and your family, won't want to miss it! Have your family join Rich, Patrick and the ENDoodes between mile 18 and 19 on the run course. Go to the run course map here. Find the arrow and "N. Park Street?" We will be on Observatory drive in that little north-pointing dogleg in the road, to left of that arrow. Look for the EN flag...and all kinds of specialness :-)
- Post Race Beers, Race Recaps and Tall Tales! RnP will be at/behind/near the finish line to greet all TeamEN finishers until about 9:30-10pm. After that you can find us, and your team mates, "recovering" at the Great Dane downtown. Come join us!
- Monday Team Breakfast / Race Recap 7-8am, Location TBD. We'll find a place downtown where we can regroup if you'd like. Stay tuned!

Also, there won't be any need for you to select a dinner choice on the spreadsheet. It's going to be a "build your own" pasta buffet kinda dealio so we should be able to please most every kind of various diet needs.

It will be a buffet, so there's no need to pre-select your entree ahead of time. Here is the menu:
* Tied House Pasta (3-cheese ravioli w/spinach, mushrooms, onions, artichokes, in a sun-dried tomato sauce)
* Build your own:
- linguini
- marinara sauce
- Chicken
- Beef
- Mixed Veggies
Breadsticks
Dessert- Brownie or Fruit Parfait
Soda (Pepsi products & Gray's tap Root Beer)
We will have the entire upstairs to ourselves, with our own bartender
Please PM me if you have any specific dietary needs that this menu doesn't meet, and we'll try to work around it.
Is there a way to pay for 3 via Paypal @ ;once or do I need to make 3 different payments?

@Nemo - what do you know about the t-shirts? unisex? what's the design? trying to decide whether to buy extra for kids, but if all adult sizes, that won't work, obviously

T-shirts are the red Four Keys shirts. I would rather not do kids sizes but can order XS or whatever.

Heather- I have one, grey, small "I'm with her" EN chicka shirt you can have. They run very small and might fit one of your kids.

I've got a lot of great submissions for the Meet the Team blog post but would like to have more to really showcase everyone. Please get those into me ASAP...so's I don't to work this weekend :-)
I thought I ordered the correct shirt, but they were the white EN shirt.
I could use a large Four Keys shirt and my stretch goal would be a large and an extra large.
