PnI didn't think about dinner plans for Saturday so we're in for whatever the group decides. Same for Friday also. We are actually doing well with keeping up with work behind the scenes = we likely won't have _that_ much work to do in WI = we'll be able to ride more and be more social and stuff. In the past we've had to work our asses off at IMWI, writing plans together, etc.
Wow- that's gotta feel good! More time to cheer and socialize with the EN Team, good stuff!!
FYI- I'm NOT doing the athlete dinner thing on Friday. Joe and I will be finding somewhere else to eat- you guys are welcome to join us wherever we end up.

What, no EN 5.0 cram session? ... I'm sure Starbucks will appreciate not having two of their chairs occupied from open to close all weekend this year.
I'm riding the course backwards on Sunday to get my ABP ride in if you guys are interested. Probably starting around 7:15ish to beat the pros out to Verona, then a loop or so backwards, ending at Midtown to spectate for a while.
@Helen, sounds good! Just let us know where/what you decide. Maybe this could be TeamEN Dinner 2.0, but very lightweight on the organization footprint: show up at X at Y, get your own table, say hi, etc.
@Matt, my thoughts are that RnP need to be coaches with social, friendly, happy faces on for Saturday ride, with the exception of the race part where I intend to crush all takers...
On Sunday though we can let the dogs run, for anyone who is interested in a more spirited ride.

Completely understand! So on Saturday I will destroy myself for 4.5 hours with anyone that will humor me (Matt S, Johnny, etc)., while RnP are coaches. Then on Sunday RnP will be well rested other than the ~45 minute TT, so you guys can crush me for my last 3 hour ABP ride of the year.

I like the way this is shaping up!
Matt - I assume the 4.5 hours of destroying yourself is Saturday instead of Sunday, right? Jonnie is definitely interested in joining you!
Unfortunately my plans for Saturday have changed and I won't be able to ride at all that morning. A very sad situation...one of our cherished local tri/swim coaches passed away last week. The funeral has been delayed, and is now set for the morning of Saturday the 11th. The whole madison tri community is still in shock, as we have no idea what happened. He was 36!

Correct, my typo... Saturday is 4.5 hours.
I'm very sorry to here about your (and the communities) loss.
