Good luck racers
I just wanted to send a quick "Good luck" to all of you that are racing IM WI this weekend.
I have not been too active in regards to activity or posts in this forum since last years IM WI race but I plan on getting back into it this offseason. We added our third addition to the family this last summer so we now have 3 under 4 years of age and I will admit I am not as skilled as some of you that can juggle the time requirements of 3 young ones and workouts.
I wish I could be there to watch all of you and cheer you on. I will be watching online intently and will of course make Josh (Noodle) keep me updated (he does not know this yet....so if you read this Josh keep me updated). Anyway...race smart and have a great time doing it.
Kick butt and represent!

On race day I'll be on the look out for EN kits, starting with collecting bags at Bike Special Needs on Capital Square, riding the course backwards, and then around state street and mile 18.
Also, thank you for letting me join your training group. I enjoyed following each of you for the 12 weeks building up to IMWI and you motivated me to get my workouts done.
I wish I could be there to cheer all of you on.
Have a great one out there. Be fast, Be safe, Have Fun!
Thanks, Team! And Trent, you just made me cry.
Matt -- See you in the a.m. And we're crew. We are still here to get you in good shape for Kona (although we may talk about kick ass yoga workouts instead of ftp tests.)
