Week 17 and taper
On week 17 with one more RR to go............can I get a whoo hoo! How goes it for everyone? Greg, Todd, Clinton, Josh and Tony, did you all do the 150 min run this AM (WU: 60' MS: 60' mid z1 - z2; 30' z2)? I was excited to see that we did not have the front end loaded with z4-5 intervals only to find out that this workout was more challenging than I thought it was going to be. Couldn't quite get the z2 pace at the end of the 30' run, off slightly. Got 20 miles in 2:28; how about you guys? H0w is everyone else out there doing. Cheers, Greg

John, way cool! I like working out at that time in the AM. Hardly any traffic and peeps out there. Nice commentary on the wildlife.
