Felt like a Mancona day run. Don't know what's up, maybe just one of them days. Felt like with ease did the 2 X 2 mile in 12:08 and 12:18 for each and the whole 8 mile run in 52:24. The last time I ran these pace for a run this long was in a race and didn't feel as easy, I'll take it!!

Well those 2 x 2's really bite.Pretty consistent mile to mile.The second mile on the second repeat had me hurting.I had something going on in my intestines.I had a choice to run a bit faster and find a bathroom or end up with something ugly in the drawers.

you'd be surprised. Even on the coldest days, I usually only have a base layer, jacket, tights, socks, hat, gloves.

My legs felt HEAVY today after a spritied effort yesterday. I'm looking forward to a training day off tomorrow!
