adjusting training plan

This might be a nit picking question, but I hope there is an easy answer.  I need to shift the start of my week by a day to make it fit with other activities.  I want my plan to match what I'm actually doing for the day of the week.  Is there  a way to edit the start day of the week in the trianing plan?

    I'll make the adjustments. I was hoping there was some cool setting that I could change and have the world align for me.

    Tom - You can highlight the week (or Full Plan View), copy it and paste into Excel.  Then just change the days on the top row or tweak as need in Excel.
