Week 5 of the HIM plan or wherever u r......
This am brings a 2900 yard swm and an hour run. Swim are endurance ladders-500x2, 400x2, 300x2 then an hour with 5x800's.
This week and half of next week are my fall back weeks so lets have fun and rest up also

I'm finally caught up and in the Week 5 of the HIM plan. Normally I would swim in the am and run at lunch, but I knew I wouldn't get out at lunch today. So, I ran in the am, then swam after work. My stomach is not used to PM training. Glad I kept it all down. At least the swim workout wasn't full of sprints.
@william - that TT sounds like fun - how'd you do?
