Week 9 Bike Test + 75 min of work -- Huh?
Hello all -- I am sure this has been asked/answered....but I can't find it. For the Week 9 Bike test, the Training plan says to do a normal bike test (Either PWR or LTHR). OK - got it.
But then there is a second entry for a 75 min workout with 20'/15/'10' of FTP work.
Is that correct?

April 26th in the Micro thread has the question and answer. Per R, "if you have power, do the power test. If you have HR, do that 20'/15'/10' workout".

The intermediate plan is a little vauge, but the advanced plan actually states "Alternate Workout for Heart Rate Athletes" for the second workout, which is a little more helpful
Since I am back to riding w/o power, I plan on doing the LTHR test, so this is germane to my situation.
