4th Of July Training

Hey all,

Just wondering what sort of training everyone is doing over the 4th.  Any epic weekend plans?  I'm debating on adding a 3rd bike possibly a brick on Monday but not sure.  Suggestions?

    Hey, Jeff! Michele Moreno and Jonnie D are coming to DC for the weekend so I know I'll have company on my rides Sat and Sun! They head out Mon so I'll be on my own that day. I don't remember what's on the schedule but I suspect I'll stick with it.

    Hi Jeff - I'm sticking with the schedule - the epic part includes a TRX class, landscaping, strawberry picking, fireworks, and hopefully grabbing a little extra sleep!

    Yep...I'm going way epic for about 8 days. Driving up to June Lake, CA, in the eastern Sierra Nevada's for an epic training camp. Elevation is about 7600ft. His family has a condo up there so a free place to stay. Basically going to SBR myself into the ground with as much volume as I can handle . I'll share by sketch plan with everyone.

    In August I plan to repeat the camp, this time based out of another free place in Mammoth, just down the road from June Lake. Joanne and Riley will likely join me and I plan to invite anyone who wants to come up and drop in. Ending the camp a few days before our final RR, then it's taper time for IMWI!
