So, 38 days to go. I'm committing myself to using LoseIt! until then (been on and off since winter) and being diligent about tracking food/cals - hope to get down 4-5 more lbs. by race day. Need your help - please friend me and keep me honest! madisonsue@gmail.com

I started up with it again last week, too!
In an ideal world I'd like to get back to 125... but that's not gonna happen - so my race day goal is between 128-30.

FYI...if you see a monster calorie deficit from me it's because I didn't log stuff. Yesterday I was doing yardwork and Sawiris stopped by on a borrowed motorcycle. We chatted and it didn't take long for me to drop the yardwork and go have dinner. Hit a new place downtown with gourmet tacos and I went a little crazy. ~2600kj yesterday so I earned it but I couldn't be bothered to log made up numbers

Bad day yesterday - fit problems with bike - spent the workout time messing around with saddles. Probably okay as I was exhausted but didn't plan alternative eating plans (i.e. don't eat like your going to do a workout and then don't do a workout)!
I have been bad about getting the calories in. Just not hungry
