Bike Test

Bike test today.Fail. I dropped 11 watts from my last test. Not sure why, I rested yesterday, but the diet has been horrible. First 20 minutes were above my current FTP, but I rapidly ran out of steam on the second 20. I think I will continue to use my old number.

Yeah, don't get yourself down. At some point, 11 watts is within the margin of error...keep pushing!
