  • @Kori - if you are using your speedometer, you can dial it up to the speed you did your 40' TT at, plus maybe 1mph over to get at Z5. I am doing 1' intervals for pretty much the same reason. My LTHR is 19.8mph and I am dialing it up to 21-22mph and not really using my HR for my intervals.
