The TR test will probably be a mute point here shortly as soon as EN OS is on TR.... But you can use the TR test as a template and in the workout creator just change the 5 min rest to a 10 min rest or with your mouse just drag the workout bug backwards and repeat the 5 min rest section ....

IMO, the best "VO2" number to use for training purposes is 120% of your FTP. If it's to easy, make the intervals longer, keeping the total work time (sum of all the intervals) the same.

ok, I just used the workout creator to change 5 rest to 10 and will test again.
