Hi all, I was out of town this weekend so I did the bike on Friday, not the most ideal, but next week I should be right back on track. I was able to get in the paces. Again, it would be better with power I think but I am doing my best to use HR and PE.
little late posting, but might as well... Saturday bike on Sunday 2x10 @ 0.96 and 0.99 2x15 @ 0.82 and 0.85 total time 80 minutes at 0.81 I am really liking trainer road, I don't need to mess with numbers and just follow the beeps. Makes the workout a little more focused for me.
