I put on the Kona Bag before the race so ensure i had plenty of tubes and CO2.
Ok so my mountain-bitch is almost ready for my big project this year ...New wheels are still on the TODO list as well as an SRAM Red cassette which should bring the total weight again 0.4kg down.Actually I'm pretty happy with the current weight of 6.9kg ready-to-ride incl. pedals, bottle-holder and everything you need to go riding.
Major goal is to ride this one up UNDER ONE F* HOUR

That is a nasty unrelenting climb for sure. Nothing like that anywhere around here! That should also be a perfect gold standard FTP test.
Let us know how it goes. (ie....how much it hurt).
12 inches is a bit overstated but it's around 12cm (5 inches) ... I'll take a actual picture later for review
