So while you guys been tapering I been building..... Today is the 19th since surgery ...
Today 1.1mile OWS and a 7.4 mile run.... for the week 4000yds swim, 5.5 hrs bike on the trainer , 15.5 miles run..... for 9.5hrs total...... all really easy , but I'm gonna start adding some speed and power this week!
Keep it going everybody... Remember this is the week for Discipline.... You have all worked too hard for too long to blow it!!! Stay focussed...
