A belated thanks to Yasko who sent along a groovy new DVD for the pain cave and an inspirational calendar. I wanted to post a picture, but if I wait to download it, a note of thanks will take months!
Hi Elizabeth! Glad you liked it. I LOVED all the stuff you sent me! I have been listening to the special EN Christmas CD in my car, and the chocolate, nuts were happily consumed by my family when we climbed a mt in the Olympics a couple of days ago. The Burt's Beewax Hand cream is going to Vegas with me from tomorrow for my biz trip. Thank you so much for the thoughtful gifts! I hope you stay warm and safe in the cold weather that you are having!
Hi Yasko! So glad you have enjoyed your goodies. I had so much fun putting your package together. Enjoy the cream -- it's made by my start up company Bella Avani (bellaavani.com). Let me know how you like it. Safe travels to Vegas. We are getting hammered with cold and wind here in the East!
Let it be known that not even the 'Polar Vortex' can stop Santa's operation out of Hawaii!
I fully expect a significant boost to my street cred with my shiny new gear: fun socks, water bottle and bright orange swim cap - so much so that I'll be practicing in advance my laid-back-smile-and-" 'ssup? "-chin-nod-greeting
Oh, and it's safe to say those yummy shortbread cookies will be figuring prominently on my cheat days...
It was rather interesting being the only person "in costume" at our little local race.... There was no doubt who was being cheered on when I heard, "Way to Go Batman!!"
PS - 100% polyester is a pretty good insulator. It was ~25deg at the start, 30deg at the finish, and I was comfortable with those and a base layer.

Okay, I think I got it to work. Thank you Yasko! Now, if I can just figure out how to pimp my sig file!
Love my Toronto Maple Leafs shirt! Am already wearing it - even if I couldn't mange to post the photo. Thanks, Bill Vass!
Kerrie, welcome to Leafs Nation!! It spans borders, and someday (year) we might even bring home the Cup
And thank you very much for the LP Training DVD. Great viewing in prep for EN June Camp. See you in Lake Placid.

Joe - yes, you must wear it.
All people with superhero shirts must wear them!
