EN Core Challenge
December 2013 -- Endurance Nation Core Challenge
Some people feel that the strength you gain while swimming, biking and running will give you all the specific core strength you will need in order to be a good triathlete BUT we are wickedly smart in EN, and we know better.
We know the body roll of swimming is initiated at the core, so that the legs and shoulders rotate in unison and that an engaged core will transfer the power of your upper body down to your pedals as you climb, and that a strong core helps maintain run posture and facilitates turnover through the hip flexors, not to mention helps with injury prevention.
So you have been Challenged to Strengthen Your Core!
HERE ARE THE DETAILS:
You will complete a prescribed number of reps for the exercises below, without stopping between, until you have completed the full circuit. The challenge will be for the month of December and you are required to complete the circuit 2x a week minimum.

do we just put a number of how many times we do the circuiot for that prescribed workout for the week
