  • Congrats to all!!! Peter well deserved my friend!!!! I'm wiped out but must move forward!!!
  • How do I pull my specific z3, z4 and z5 numbers out of WKO+?

I didn't ride nearly as much as I wanted to, but still got in three days of hilly and windy work down in Fredericksburg TX ("Hill Country").

By numbers do you mean amount of time spent in those zones? WKO+ will allow you to do that thru creation of a chart. The support pages @ Ttrainingpeaks.com seem to have disappeared, or at least I can't find them, so here's a bare bones description. Click on the down arrow by "options" on any chart. Selecgt Add a new chart, distribution chart. Pick your date range (the three days of the challenge?), in details, pick Y axis as absolute, x axis as training zones, or create ones you want with Manual Bins. OK or apply.
