  • Great job Christy, glad you had fun in the Philly race. I just posted my times and I happy with the progress I have been making. Ran a half marathon about 6 weeks ago and improved my split by 10 minutes. This interval stuff is working out great
  • Steve,
    I have the 305 and you just clinic on your profile name and then select the device. You might have to dowload a patch or something I cant remember for sure. You then have to save your data and then you can copy and paste. There is plenty of tricks to WKO that I dont know thats for sure.
    I bet next year you will knock some time off those splits. I kinda faded myself. I am in the post Ironman funk.
  • Team Nor'easter. I didn't do the all out 6.55. I'm being a bit cautious w/ my running and was afraid of the cummulative stress I've been putting on my legs. Instead I took the best consecutive 6.55 from my run today. 49:22.

  • Team Nor'Easter, anchor leg checking in. Got it done on the treadmill tonight, after a weekend of stripping wallpaper. Felt much stronger than I'd expected. 42:30 for the 6.55.

    Total time of 3:09:32. BQ for any age group. Go team!

    2:44:39 for team Run That Way. Tip of the cap!

  • Team Boyle checking in:

    Leigh = 10 miles in 1:19:55 (7:59 pace)
    Dave = 16.2 1:54:37 (7:07 pace)
    --> 26.2 miles in 3:14:32
  • Ralph and Steve: Great times! Steve I agree the intervals are working wonders. Do we have a final time for POV?

    Brad: nice to see that Good Brad can outrun Evil Brad. I guess good guys can still winimage

    I'm voting for everyone in the challenge to get an extra slice of pie on Thursday. This was a lot of fun.
