I pretty much only watch TV, except the sunday night series, while on the trainer. I am 1/2 episode away from being done with 2nd season Orange is the New Black and am undecided what to start next. I did Breaking Bad, True Blood and House of Cards last year. Suggestions??
My husband votes for the Wired-his all-time classic best series ever, which I have never seen.
I wasn't able to post up all weekend. I was able to keep up on all of the great work everyone put out this first week though. Saturday morning came way too early, but I won the negotiation on waking up at 5:30 am, my only successful victory this week. 50 min w/o. Late start cut short MS2 work.
2 x 8 @ 1.00 & .98 then 1 x 8@ Z3
First w/o with trainerroad & Cycleops Powersync trainer was a success.
Hi Melissa! You might get more responses if you post this in the "Gear" forum.
N1= I used road bike w/ aero bars for my first full IM (FL). I think it is fairly common, esp for those just starting out to do that before taking the plunge into a tri bike. I guess it depends on what your focus and intention is. I bought my first tri bike after 3-4 years in the sport. Road bike did just fine for me but I will say the tri bike is faster!

Did the Sat ride on Sat, just a bit late posting it.
Since it was unusually warm, I went for a nice ride outside in hilly terrain, hence not really following the prescribed workout.
Haven't been riding outside for 2 months, but despite of strong winds it felt good to be out there on the road again.
17.6 km (10.9 mi) with 300 m (984 ft) altitude gain in 46:45.
Anyone use their road bike with aero bars in your races for all distances?
I do and always have (since 1989).
Thanks.
Melissa
