after an aborted Bike up Mt Lemmon (front tire lacerated on glass and blown through) I decided to take a lill run up past mile marker 4 n back. Strava called it "epic" suffer score....Garmin says 3.5days recovery LOL! Obviously even on the "triathletes watch" -920xt the recovery mode is from fit-bit type system.
@Chris - short answer is a Card. Long answer is I really don't care about college basketball (couldn't be bothered to wake up at 0320 this morning for the game). As I was born and raised in the deep south, its all about college football to me. War Eagle!
Since I did my long run on Fri, Sat was off so today was Sat. bike. Decent WKO today. 2 x 20' Z4 + Z3 17': 20' @ .98, 20' @ .95, 17' @ .84IF. Total of 20 miles in 1:16 @ .87IF. Then 2miles on the 'mill at Z1.5.
I had to break up the the second 20' as my legs were still hurting from yesterday's run. I wanted to push it so I can establish pacing for wk 14's test.
Sunday night 65' of gettin' it done late, like after bedtime late bike wko. 4x4' @ 1.10 first on was agonizing. My legs settled in for the next three, but the clock was surely ticking backwards for the last minute of rep 3. I honestly expected to shut it down after the first set. Legs were still sore from the afternoon's Z2/Z3 run. The downside to this late wko, is that I was wide awake until 1:30 am. It's going to be a long day on Monday.

Looking forward to a day off today (Monday)
@Kin - Belated props on the 4% bump.
Overall I did 3 rides with a total of 3.25 hours ride time (75', 60' and 60').
