I put in the spinervals IMLOU video yesterday... It was nice to see the course (sorta...hard to really know what I am in for with that). Today, I plan on a three hour ride, but doubt I have the ABP in me at 80%, may be more of a recovery ride as my legs are sore from yesterday's 10k and bike ride.
Left South Georgia on the bike travelling 73 miles South mostly on US41 paralleling I-75, then finally cutting over to an exit where my wife was waiting. She got to spend more time with her sister and arrived at our meeting point 10 mins ahead of me. I was fighting a headwind most of the way and it was much hotter today. I brought the road bike for this trip, but could have used the tri-bike this morning on some long, flat, boring stretches into the wind. Thinking about running later this evening...we'll see.
