He may not of even started the race Nemo. Unfortunately I never get told this stuff, so sometimes people are on the list and did not start or put themselves on the list and then left the team.
Just heard from Bruce T that he's on the Timber Lane Hill (2nd major one) and saw Rich, Jeremy B and Matt A all go by looking good...Said he saw no signs of a crash on Rich.....

PS- um, Withrow's second bike split is in, 19.5mph??? WTF?? OK- seriously, please DON'T track me at IMMD. It's just humiliating to think how much he's smoking me on a freakin fat bike!
If you all haven't checked out Periscope or the Twitter Feed- get over there and check it out! Video of Withrow climbing the hill at mile 45 is just incredible and there's lots of other pics and vid too. Mariah has it all tricked out!
The fast splits keep rolling in! And not to be outdone, the EN Chicas are putting in some solid efforts too! Dawn Cass ranked 14 in AG out of the swim with a 1:07 and first two bike splits are averaging a nice steady 18.5ish. Natalie Pilon (same AG) came out in 36th place about 8 min behind Dawn and her two bike splits are steady 17.5-18. Meanwhile Lauren Mcdonald was 25th in her AG out of the swim. Great job ladies!
@ Scott - yeah I'm sure JW is burying himself but he is such a monster he'll still grind out a decent run split. Pretty sure JW will be getting all my money!! Good for him!

@Mark, Rich was 2nd place @ mile 80 ..... 3 minutes behind Andrew Sellars who was 2.5 minutes faster than Coach R in the water.
Just saw Coach Rich coming into T2 - like a boss! AG #1 off bike per the tracker!
