Goggles, Tinted or Clear

What have you Kona vets used in the past for the kona swim? tinted or clear goggles?

Tinted. The sun will be coming up on your left at the start and for the swim to the turn around. It will be on your right after the turnaround. If you breath to the right, you'll be looking into the sun on the 2nd half of the swim.

It was mirrored for me X2. You also want to see the blue glint of the fish below, the dolphins snoozing, or an occasional turtle on the way back to the pier.

While I've used tinted in yrs past, now I am racing with Tyr Transition goggles, which have photo sensitive lenses.
