Hi Coach! My plan was to start back March 1. The reason I needed the schedule written by Feb 14 th, I had a meeting planned with the local vip weight loss company to discuss my March 1 start and what you had me doing in reguards to training starting March 1st. At the Feb 14 meeting we were going to plan my nutrition so I could move forward. I will just reschedule it. My fault for not making it clear,sorry! With that said I have issues with one of the races I gave you. I stated I was doing Bayshore full marathon. My husband was supposed to sign me up for the half marathon while I was at work. He forgot. So when I tried to sign up the half was sold out. I had to sign up for the full marathon and go on a wait list for the half marathon. Not happy about that so it looks like I an stuck doing the full.
I'm concerned((scared))about starting back and how to do it without getting injuries. I have not done any swim,bike run since I'M Florida on Nov 5 ,16.
Do I need to talk to Coach Patrick about doing modifications after you write my plan? Thanks!

On March 1st, load up the Beginner EN*Half plan to end on 7/9.
Then on 6/12, load up the Beginner EN*Full plan to end on 9/24

Since you're not starting until March, just load up the EN*Half plan to end on 7/9 when you're ready to start.
