Kona, Wk 14, Run Focus Week
This week is a run focus week in the plan. I'm doing well with 4x runs now, as:
- Mon: 6mi
- Wed: goal is 9mi this week
- Fri: 6mi
- Sun: 3-4mi, pre ride.
I "may" do a very, very short run Thurs morning this week before my ride, to get in 5x and see if that works for me.
Pain in my right leg levels off after about 2-3mi but the pace is coming along nicely, getting faster.

Hang in there Rich. I hope the pain not only levels out, but goes away completely by the 8th. See you in Kona. PS, You can always hang back with me on the run.
