Body is a little stiff from the Half Marathon Saturday, but not too bad. I swam Monday, did the OS L1 Bike workout
last night and ran 4 mi this morning. Composition is horrible though, about 274. I'm contacting Anne Rollins with Core Diet. She got about 30 pounds off of me in September and October last year, I'm going to get back on the wagon.
I will indeed push the Camp week probably to the middle of April so I can get my swimming and biking somewhere near where my run condition wise.
DH - I’m glad to hear you are recovering well. Don’t worry about pushing a run until your legs feel better.
Your focus on body composition is critical and I hope Anne can help you again. When you do connect with her, please tell her I said hi. She’s awesome.
Remember that every pound is worth 2 to 3 seconds per mile on race day which really adds up! 20 pounds could save you 26 minutes out the gate, and also make you healthier happier runner!
Please tell me what kind of parameters she sets with regards to timing in case we need to make any changes to your broader training schedule.
