Weighed in a 195.5 this morning...which was a shock to me. After too many holiday parties and not enough self-control, I was pretty sure there was a cheeseburger challenge in my very near future. Still not there yet, but hope remains. Last week!!
164.6 for this week. Big dinner pushing the scale up this morning. Going into maintenance mode as the wheels came off the bus Saturday. Too few calories in the OS torpedoed ftp wko and the Wife called me out for being a grump.
sorry, crazy schedule/life lately...128.7 as of right now..and the pix to prove it Thanx SD for the motivational thread, couldn't have made it without the run and eat burgers thing
Sorry, work-life balance is $#!+ right now. 170.2 at formal weighin time; low of 169.3 this week. Not nearly where I want to be, and may have to accept punishment for not meeting the goal (but no photo-punishment yet!).
Weighed in this afternoon after today's long run at 192.1, and I'm gonna take that as my final weigh in...because I want to go to BWW to celebrate and watch some football tonight!! Appreciate all the motivation from this challenge, as I don't think I would have gotten near the headstart on my 2017 racing/weight goals. I think we should add height to the chart next time:o) My goal weight was well over most folks starting weights...I assume you're all between 62"-65"?:o)
Stoke! 57.8kg this morning (127.4lbs) this am...end of the challenge for me too as I will be in a plane 2morrow. Thanx all for the motivation and big up to SD for managing this. @Mark: I'm 5'3 smurf
Final for me is 163.2. Lightest I have been in 20ish years. Thank you Scott for putting this together. I wouldn't have stuck to it without the proper motivation.
148.4 lbs for me this morning (and 5' 8"). WIN! I took a photo for proof but will only post if required...not sure anyone wants to see what 5 decades of running does to your feet. Thanks Scott, this is my lightest in probably 10 years. I'm trying to reach 144 by the end of Jan ... that will be my floor.
Hey all, skipping the monday weigh in... keeping you all on your toes for 5 more days, if in agreement, we push the final weigh in until Thursday or friday..
I have got serious family get together tonight and as well as tomorrow night so today has to be it!
156.9 for me.
Thanks to Scott and all you other peeps for helping me get to here. I have lost over 10 pounds.
I certainly want to sign up for more of this on 2 January. I need to be under 150 by Feb 19 (B+ Race), which will be a doable one pound a week, plus what ever damage I do between now and then.
Also have hopes to race at my A Race on May 7, around 145, so I still have plenty of work to do.
Will post the results from above tonight & put a post on the dashboard. I think i will give it the first week of January to encourage others to join the fun & will have it going live on jan 9!
I'm in again as well. The second go around will be more gradual compared to the first. More like a maintenance mode to keep me honest. Losing 2 lbs per week while in the OS created a lot of grief with the family.
TO prevent any further hazing, I am not posting the final results. Bottom line is that the 8 of us lost a total of 35.7 lbs! new thread to show up in the new OS next Monday.. Will get it up for that!!! My scale did not look pretty this morning after my holiday binge, despite running 67 miles in the 10 day holiday run challenge!
No binge here...still at 148.6 this morning and trying for 147.0 in the next 17 days. After that I have to lock it down for the final 10 weeks of my IM build.

We've gotta hold each other accountable here.
