  • Gordon - sorry to read about that.  It can't be the increased run because your ramp-up is very gradual and smartly done.  Standing down for the weekend was a good choice; maybe you just need extra rest.  If you don't feel strong to start tomorrow's ride, consider just doing a zone 2 spin for the hour -- I'd be curious to see what happens to HR and power across 60 minutes.
