How do you refill your bike nutrition on the fly?

    @Al Truscott nailed it as usual.   Too many things can go wrong by 'rolling your own'.    Pick up some Gatorade endurance (BTW.....talked with them in Chattanooga and they just reformulated for a much better flavor, in my opinion, and a much cleaner ingredient label).     Note that this is primarily in reference to liquid nutrition.   I've had far too many experiences of inconsistent solid nutrition at aid stations to rely on anything and now pack enough solid nutrition to meet my needs regardless.
