I might be interested if the test doesn't add more suffering that what already prescribe on my IM Plan. the registration has many options and I am wondering if there's a schedule for the group workouts and other activities? It would help plan the week and this test if I sign up. Thanks. Looking forward to the taper .... in Kona!
We can make anything work for you...the basic schedule is below, but folks deviate all the time. There's a parade of nations on Wed 5pm, there's the Old Timer's dinner on Tuesday, you'll want to do fun stuff with the family, etc...so it all adds up! GroupMe will be your friend for sure!
Thursday: Optional 7:30am Underpants Run (Register Here), Followed by Short Swim @ 8:30 @ Dig Me Beach. 10am to 12pm Brick workout from Pine Tree Cafe.(https://goo.gl/maps/xrNc7P8E5xB2), Lunch there 12-1. Do bags, etc from 4-6pm.
