2017 Kona Camp / Team Schedule (Coaches Edition)
You'll all have your own things to do, but this is the generic plan I am putting out there!!!! Please comment, edit, as you see fit...
- Saturday: 7 AM Ho'ala Open Water Swim. Four-hour bike on the course from Waikoloa photo shoot area up through Hawi and back to Pine Tree Cafe (https://goo.gl/maps/xrNc7P8E5xB2).
- Sunday: Long run preferably 1 to 2:30pm in the heat out to the Energy Lab. Start from Queen K Tesoro (https://goo.gl/maps/j1GGwLiDcfJ2). 6pm Camp Dinner/Happy Hour - Huggos on the Rocks
- Monday: 7am Swim @ Dig Me Beach, 2pm Afternoon run
- Tuesday: 10am to 12pm Brick workout from Pine Tree Cafe (https://goo.gl/maps/xrNc7P8E5xB2), Lunch there 12-1.
- Wednesday: 7am Swim @ Dig Me Beach, 2pm Afternoon run, Team Dinner @ Sam Choy’s at 5pm (https://goo.gl/maps/vJ3n3ruHumy)
- Thursday: Optional 7:30am Underpants Run (Register Here), Followed by Short Swim @ 8:30 @ Dig Me Beach. 10am to 12pm Brick workout from Pine Tree Cafe.(https://goo.gl/maps/xrNc7P8E5xB2), Lunch there 12-1. Do bags, etc from 4-6pm.
- Friday: 8am Breakfast at IHOP, Bike Check In.
