Essentially we are decreasing the Sunday ride duration but keeping the intensity high so we get adaptation.
You can adjust the main set accordingly to the levels you have picked. Then you can do the long run on Sunday. If you like that, you can just drag and drop those workouts moving forward. How does that sound?
