    Half Wk8 Sat workout is now 4hrs, IF=0.63, and TSS=159 for all levels.

    Half Wk11 Sat workout is now 4.5hrs, If=0.63, and TSS=176 for all levels.

    RunRun Half Race Simulation

    Planned: 2:00:00

    Priority: High

    Run: Race Sim -- All Ability Levels

    MS: 18 mile run done as 40%-40%-20%.

    - 40% (5 miles) at TRP.

    - 40% (5 miles) at Zone 2.

    - 20% (3 miles) at Zone 3 (or as close as possible).

    Coach Notes: Race Rehearsal Run

    Goal here is to pace, eat, dress and execute as you will on race day. Please note, cap this run at 2.25 hours..anything longer will be very detrimental to your race!

    Faster runners can stop at 13 miles!
