3 Wks till Eagleman!!! ... with 23 EN Teammates registered! ... WooHoo!
Wk 17 Highlights: pretty encouraging Swim and Bike wko's ... and Run Race Sim Power Plan went well! ... CTL 99 ... Plus spent time on IM Eagleman website viewing course videos (very cool btw!)
Wk 18 Focus: Swim RR, Bike Race Sim ... update Race Plan and submit to Forums ... Begin Race Checklists (tons of great links below)
Had two outstanding rides, Sat (63 miles) and Mon (77 miles), but skipped both the swimming and running. I'll be attempting to "cram" some run and swim sessions between now and race weekend! eek.
Team - i'm a few days late with the info. below, but there are gems in there, so please have a look!
Even if this isn’t your “A” race of the year, every race is a chance to walk through the mental exercise of getting ready. Ultimate Checklists are here, leave everything to a checklist so you don’t stress!
To help you out, we’ve prepared a Pre Race Week Page on the Members Site as a reference.
Also, make sure you are affiliated with Endurance Nation through Ironman® so we can capture your points. You can affiliate yourself with Endurance Nation by creating a profile or updating your already existing profile via Ironman.
Current thinking is to meet for Team Lunch on Sat. June 8 at 1pm ... haven't finalized the location yet, but it'll be pretty casual (order off menu, pay for yourself / your group). If you're interested, please hold the time and we'll firm it up next week.
Otherwise we’ll see you at the race! ... and we can connect all race week via GroupMe!
Everyone orders off the menu, and each covers their costs
We currently have 14/15 that will attend ... Rory, Janet, Carol, Turby, Danielle, Jeremy, Ed, Derrek, William, Kathy, Scott, Josh, Ross, Steve, Robin(?)

I have been following Scott's plan of biking, then low on runs and swims. Hoping to do the same as him with a 2 week cram session :)
Great work @Scott Alexander and @Daniel Ballin !!!
Good luck with the cram sessions!
