Things are better. Bike has been improving last couple weeks. Legs felt great Monday after long run on Sunday go figure. I think I will need to test bike soon as training peaks looks pretty drunk. Run streak is 14 days, no speed yet but gonna trickle some in this week.
@Coach Patrick things going well on my end. Running legs feel good and biking coming around. I was looking ahead on the plan, doesn't look like another opportunity for testing? I know we do swim camp then right into 12 week st G plan. My TSS on TP looks absurd for how I feel. Im sitting at 103 / 46 / -47. Usually when I get that negative I feel like laying in bed for a few days, but I feel pretty good. Must mean that my thresholds are off base a bit. Would make sense. Should I plan something for next week? If not no big deal, only numbers.
