  • My Post Long Run/Ride Smoothie

    1-2 scoops powder Vanilla Muscle Milk

    1 Cup Blueberry Naked Juice

    1 cup Coconut Milk

    1 frozen Banana

    1/2 cup Frozen Pineapple

    Blend until smooth and drink...it's like heaven on earth after 5 hours on the bike.

     

  • I'm pretty basic on the recovery drink- True Moo 2% chocolate milk.
  • Endurox R4 Fruit Punch flavor for me. I tried Recoverite and it, like other Hammer products, was not for me.
