1-2 scoops powder Vanilla Muscle Milk
1 Cup Blueberry Naked Juice
1 cup Coconut Milk
1 frozen Banana
1/2 cup Frozen Pineapple
Blend until smooth and drink...it's like heaven on earth after 5 hours on the bike.
