  • So proud of everyone today. It has been inspirational tracking everyone. Nemo and I even climbed Mt Nebo aka "Mt Nemo" in your honor today.

@Tracy so glad that you updated on the thread, we have been thinking about you. I am so proud of you for giving it your best. The Ironman is more about the journey than the actual one day event. You have been through so much during this training period. I am glad that you are surrounded by the love of your family. You know the EN chicas are behind you and sending you lots of hugs.
  • Way to go everyone
  • Way to TEAR IT UP!!!!!!
  • Nice job IMLP EN'ers!!! So awesome!!! And Tracy, you did your best, given extreme circumstances going into the race! You are my inspiration my friend! I rode the bike course in Louisville yesterday in extreme heat, and bonked. Had truly thought about not doing IMLOU. Had decided to do it and do my best. After reading your post, I am glad I made that decision, to go and do my best. That truly is what it is about. Sorry I missed following everyone today. I was in a car, driving home from Louisville.
Fantastic job Suzanne! Congrats to all who went out there and gave it their all!

  • Nice job everyone. I've been in the car for the last 3.5 hours coming home from the lake. Looks like an awesome day all around! I'll turn on the video now and see if I see anyone else come across. Congratulations to everyone who toed the line!
  • Tracy,
Surrounded by loving family and revenge planned- perfect!
Way to toe that line. Much respect. And get 'em next time!
  • Thanks for the update, Tracy! Was getting pretty worried about you, so I texted Kitima but she hadn't seen you, so even more worried! Glad to hear you're doing ok, and have a good support team with you. One of the toughest things about preparing for an IM is coming to the realization that regardless of how prepared you are, there are some things that are beyond your control. Sounds like you handled the situation as best you could, and the experience will make you even stronger next time. Hugs to you!! Looking forward to seeing you again in September for some IMWI sherpa-ing. image

Congrats to all you other IMLP'ers! Very inspiring, very fun to "watch" you all day. Looking forward to some race reports (which reminds me, I still have to do my IMCdA report...).
  • Team looked great out there on the course.  Was a blast to hang out and cheer you all on.

  • Tracy- Glad to hear you are OK. Sorry about how this turned out. You had out in the training. Getting sick and needing anti-biotics is no joke when getting set for this type of event. Glad you are OK. Next year!!!! Hugs to you.

Awesome job to the other ENers! Wish I could have been there in person.
  • The TEAM was awesome all day long. I was powered by MOJO all day long, inspired from the swim start to the finish line. Thanks to all of you...more pics, blog posts and podcasts coming soon!
